The law firm of Škubla & Partneri s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Law Firm” or on this website “Škubla & Partneri”) is a limited liability company established and existing under Slovak law, having its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 25, 851 01 Bratislava, incorporated in the Commercial Register held at the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no: 55759/B, identification number: 36 861 154.
The Law Firm is registered in the register of limited liability companies established for the purpose of practising the legal profession whose scope of business is to provide legal services, which register is held by the Slovak Bar Association seated at Kolárska 4, 813 42 Bratislava. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the partners and advocates in the Law Firm (hereinafter the “Advocates”) are members of the Slovak Bar Association and hold a licence to provide legal services as advocates in the Slovak Republic. The term “partner” as it relates to the Law Firm refers to the member of the Law Firm or to an advocate with similar qualifications and standing within the organisational structure of the Law Firm, but it does not necessarily mean that any equity interest is held in the Law Firm or the existence of an association or other partnership with the Law Firm. The Law Firm provides legal services in accordance with Act No 586/2003 on advocacy and on amending Act No 455/1991 on trade licencing (trade licencing act), as amended, with acts of general application, and the internal regulations of the Slovak Bar Association on the basis of individual legal services contracts concluded in advance. The Law Firm provides legal services for a fee agreed in advance pursuant to Directive No 655/2004 on fees and charges for legal services, as amended. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Law Firm provides legal services within the Slovak Republic and those services are subject to the laws of the Slovak Republic and the jurisdiction of Slovak courts.
